The Cellular Therapy Coding and Labeling Advisory Group, formed in 2005, has worked to educate the CT community about and promote the adoption of ISBT 128 Coding and Labeling for CT products. While this global initiative continues to grow, having confirmation of ongoing support, through the Second Consensus Statement, by the participating organizational boards provides additional encouragement for Cellular Therapy facilities to move forward with implementation.

This survey is a follow up to a similar survey in 2004. The Lab Practices Committee is gathering some of the same information, with some additional details, to see how facilities have expanded, changed, qualified and perfected their cleaning protocols.
