ISCT Facility Cleaning and Sanitization Survey
This survey is a follow up to a similar survey in 2004. The Lab Practices Committee is gathering some of the same information, with some additional details, to see how facilities have expanded, changed, qualified and perfected their cleaning protocols.
The LPC will combine data received from the first survey with this one in order to create a synopsis of the current practice in the majority of facilities. We plan to compose a ‘white paper’ for publication, summarizing the data you have provided. We also hope to present this to the FDA to solidify agency recommendations regarding facility cleaning.
Your participation is paramount to project success, and greatly appreciated. Once the survey is closed (September 22, 2010), the data will be analyzed and the article created. Look for the results in the coming months, either in the Telegraph or published directly to ISCT membership. Thank you for completing the survey.
