ISCT 2008 Post-Conference Session - Global Regulatory Perspectives

This one-day conference will provide participants with information directly from international regulators, and will address new and evolving regulations, regulatory approaches to regenerative therapies and novel cell and gene therapy products, as well as multi-national issues such as harmonization and import/export. The conference will be divided into four 90 minute sessions. A chairperson will moderate each session and 3 speakers will be invited to present on the topics listed below. Each speaker is requested to prepare a 20 minute talk covering the applicable topic, and address specific questions focusing on their country’s regulatory perspective. The chairperson will moderate a 30 minute panel discussion after each session. The panel discussions are intended to be interactive and to stimulate discussion from the speakers and session participants.
